A New Chapter for The Chapel

A Note from Retiring Senior Pastor Phil Bubar
Dear Chapel Family,
After 28 years of serving as your Senior Pastor, Lisa and I have come to the conclusion, I can’t do this forever. So I will be retiring on May 7, 2023. We knew this day was coming and we have been behind the scenes planning for it for several years. It is now finally time to start the transition of my leaving the staff.

These years of planning have not been easy, but God has been faithful in helping the Elders and me navigate the process of deciding the next Lead Pastor and what roles needed to be added to continue the growth and success of The Chapel. In working toward my retirement from the senior pastorate, I have wanted it to be as seamless as it could be.
